Foreigners can own a house together with the town or village land under it.
Farmland
Foreign individuals can't hold it in their own name. The usual route is an Armenian company, which can be 100% foreign-owned, or a long lease.

Every plot has an official category and permitted use. Changing it needs approval, so we check it before you pay.
